Make all necessary arrangements with the event’s professionals, act as a Food and Beverage menu advisor including the wedding cake. Create the wedding itinerary detailing banquet event orders and outlining your entire event. Create a floor plan of your function space, in order for you to provide seating arrangements. Oversee the details of the bride and groom’s room reservations. Co-ordinate the wedding day and room(s) set-ups, food preparation and other necessary operations. Ensure a smooth transition to the hotel’s Banquet Captain once the Grand Entrance has occurred. Review all the banquet checks for accuracy, prior to the completion and pricing of the final bill.

Amara is proud to offer its in-house florist, and various options on vendors who will convert all your dreams and ideas into reality. All the vendors to be used by Amara are highly skilled and experienced in their particular fields and hold a high reputation in order to match the hotel’s level of standards. Please note that all the vendors which the hotel will work with should have valid business licenses and maintain a good image by following the legal restrictions applied by the government. Thus, if you prefer to make arrangements with any other vendors on your own, the hotel has the full authority to screen and choose the vendors in order to make sure that they live up to the hotel’s standards.
Food and Beverage
Based on our current banquet menus, on average you may expect to spend approximately €74.00-€89.00 per person for buffet dinner inclusive of current taxable service charge & current sales tax. These averages would encompass hors d’oeuvres during your welcome cocktail reception, plated or buffet meal, wedding cake, wine service with meal, toast for the speeches and an open hosted bar service based on a moderate drinking group. Please be aware that our menu items and pricing are subject to change and your final expenditure will depend on your final guest attendance, menu selections and food & beverage financial commitment.
For drinks, the packages start from €26.00 per person and depending on the request can change accordingly. For cocktail receptions, the cost depends on the number of guests and is between €21.00-€26.00
AMARA must provide all food & beverage items for your events. It is our policy that all beverages are to be provided by the hotel including the wines and the champagnes.
We understand that the wedding cake is very special and unique to our couples and we can provide you with a masterpiece. A wide range of choices varying in taste, colour and décor could be created to meet your personal taste. Should you have a specific request please contact us in advance with details of your ultimate dream cake. Please note that AMARA does not allow cakes to be brought in from outside the property due to strict health and safety issues. AMARA follows the HACCP code of conduct and will not take the risk of using an outside vendor for food products.
Alcohol can be served until the end of the dinner (03:00hrs)
Food and beverage selections must be finalized and confirmed with the wedding coordinator four weeks prior to the date of your wedding. Your final guest count or guarantee is due three business days prior to the wedding or one week with choice entrée selections. This will be considered a guarantee, for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend the event.
Children meals can be prepared and offered upon request
AMARA is pleased to offer a sample menu tasting for wedding couples. Any additional guests will be charged at €55 per person. Tastings are offered only when the couple has confirmed and paid the deposit and when the menu has been selected by the couple and includes only the dishes within that particular menu. Please note that the hotel does not provide the tasting of all food and beverage items listed in our banqueting menus.
Following your initial meeting with the wedding coordinator who will conduct a thorough inspection of a designated venue and will check dates, space and locations, an Agreement will be prepared and your date will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Please note that in case of civil weddings, the hotel has to receive confirmation about the date and the time of the wedding from the Municipality of Limassol as well.

AMARA requires a 10% non-refundable down payment in order to secure the date and the venues for your event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. AMARA requires full pre-payment for all events.

The accommodation is accompanied by a complimentary meal for 2 at the Elysium’s Italian Ristorante Bacco or at the Asian fusion O’Shin restaurant.)
Each social event to us is a unique occasion and we take time with our customers, as we know how important it is that the flowers compliment and enhance all aspects of their event. We can provide flowers to enhance any type of function. Our in-house florists can create a customized bouquet or even an entire theme that will make your dreams a reality. Please note that a minimum of one month’s notice is required for customization. Costs are according to the request.
