AMARA is delighted to welcome acclaimed Italian chef Giorgio Locatelli back to Ristorante Locatelli for an exclusive two-day culinary residency from 27 & 28 August 2026.

Throughout his residency, Chef Locatelli will be at the helm of Ristorante Locatelli, sharing his expertise and longstanding passion for Italian gastronomy. Guests can experience the restaurant in the presence of its namesake chef, whose cooking is defined by authenticity, precision and an unwavering respect for exceptional ingredients

Guests can look forward to a celebration of seasonal Italian cuisine, from fresh seafood and sun-ripened vegetables to fragrant herbs and carefully selected artisanal produce, complemented by an expertly curated wine selection

At the heart of the experience is the Italian tradition of convivialità, the pleasure of gathering around the table to share exceptional food, fine wine and memorable moments

Indulge in a day of relaxation at AMARA with our Afternoon Tea Spa Day, combining soothing spa treatments, access to our serene facilities and a leisurely afternoon tea in the Lobby Bar.

Begin your experience at the AMARA Spa with a 50-minute treatment of your choice, from a Swedish Massage and Body Scrub & Back Massage to a Facial tailored to your preference. Each treatment is designed to encourage deep relaxation, allowing you to step away from the pace of everyday life and enjoy a moment entirely dedicated to yourself.

Continue your day with access to the spa facilities from 07:00 to 15:00. Take a refreshing swim in the indoor pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi, or enjoy the sauna, steam room and gym at your leisure. You can also retreat outdoors to the pool, gardens and beach, where sun loungers offer the perfect setting to relax beneath the Mediterranean sun.

As the afternoon unfolds, settle into the Lobby Lounge for Afternoon Tea, served from 15:00 to 18:00. Enjoy a refined selection of sweet and savoury delicacies in the elegant and relaxed surroundings of the lounge, bringing your day of wellbeing and indulgence to a leisurely close.

Priced at €160 per person, the Afternoon Tea Spa Day is available Monday to Sunday, subject to availability. Treatments are available between 10:00 and 15:00, allowing you to enjoy the spa at your own pace before settling in for Afternoon Tea.

As the evening unfolds, The Bar at AMARA sets the scene for relaxed evenings accompanied by the
sounds of live music.

Known for his engaging live performances and distinctive musical style, Demos Beke brings a warm and effortless energy to the evening, creating the perfect soundtrack for drinks, conversation and lingering moments.

Join Demos every Thursday and Saturday from 20:00 to 23:00 and enjoy live music in the elegant and welcoming setting of The Bar. Whether joining us for an aperitif, meeting friends or simply looking to unwind after dinner, let the music set the tone for your evening.
