AMARA is proud to celebrate another outstanding achievement by its culinary team, following an impressive performance at the prestigious HORECA Gastronomic Awards, organised by the Cyprus Chef Association.
At this year’s competition, AMARA’s chefs were awarded a total of 21 medals. 13 gold, 5 silver, and 3 bronze highlighting their exceptional talent, dedication, and passion for culinary excellence.
The team excelled across a range of demanding categories, including Restaurant Appetizers, Plated Desserts, Wedding Cakes, Chocolate Show Pieces, and Celebration Cakes. Each distinction reflects the high level of technical skill, creativity, and consistency that defines AMARA’s culinary philosophy.
This remarkable recognition reaffirms the quality and standards that characterise all of AMARA’s dining destinations, from Matsuhisa Limassol and Ristorante Locatelli to Beefbar.
