To ensure that your preferred time and service is available, we recommend you book your spa treatment in advance. Our Spa Reservations team will guide you in selecting the perfect treatment and can be reached either by Tel: +357 2544 2222 or by email spa@amarahotel.com to reserve your appointment.
For your comfort and in order to fully enjoy the Amara Spa experience we suggest you allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete our Spa Consultation Form and we recommend you to arrive up to 20 min before your treatment, so that you can change, relax, and enjoy the spa facilities.
Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
The spa will provide luxurious towels, bathrobes, and slippers required for use during your spa visit.
As our hotel guest, you are invited to enjoy our indoor pool, our whirlpool with jets situated inside the indoor pool as well as the gym area and our mixed sauna facilities. Changing areas and shower facilities are also available.
When booking any of the body or face treatments, or with the minimum spent of 100€, you will have additional access to our Aroma Saunas and the Thermal Experience area consisting of the Tepidarium, Caldarium and Laconium, an ice fountain and various relaxation areas, as well as the spa seawater pool.
For your comfort, when enjoying a spa treatment a bathrobe and slippers will be provided for use whilst you’re visiting our space. These items are available in the spa changing room locker. You will be provided with disposable undergarments for certain treatments, or be requested to wear your swimsuit. The bathrobe should be worn when using the spa common areas.
The Amara Spa and Fitness Center boasts a gym equipped with Technogym cardiovascular equipment, a circuit training area, and free weights.
Daily fitness activities have been designed for your enjoyment. Our spa reception team will assist you with booking for these classes. These activities are available to hotel guests. Some classes are chargeable (spinning).
Please observe the following usage guidelines:
• Priority Access: Hotel-organised gym classes and personal training sessions have priority use of all fitness areas.
• Shared Use: All areas within the gym and fitness centre are considered shared spaces. Should guests wish to reserve an area for private use, a fee of €50 will apply.
The semi- Olympic (25-meter) indoor pool and whirlpool is available to hotel guests, members, and spa day-guests.
The Spa seawater pool is an adult-only area that can be enjoyed after your spa treatment.
We will be delighted to assist you with booking the tennis court for a friendly game, and we will provide balls and rackets. We also offer the service of tennis lessons with our tennis coach, which will be at an additional charge.
We are pleased to offer treatments for children under the age of 18. However, for our younger guests, we ask that a parent accompany them for the duration of their visit, apart from manicures and pedicures in the Nail Studio. Please contact the Spa Reservations Team for details of treatments available for our young guests. Access to the rest of the spa –including the changing facilities, spa, heat experiences, and gym – are restricted to over 18 year-olds. The indoor pool will be open for children to use between the strict hours of 11H00 and 18H00 but they must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
The AMARA Spa features a 12-hour cancellation policy. Notification of cancellation within 12 hours will result in a 50 percent charge of the treatment. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in the treatment being charged at full price.
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. So we request that mobile phones are kept on silent and that the spa area is kept a smoke free zone. We also would like to respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment. This will assist us in choosing the best treatment for your enjoyment.
We have specially designed treatments for mothers-to-be and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Treatments will only be performed on guests in their 4th month of pregnancy onwards, and not earlier.

We kindly request you leave all your valuables in your room safe prior to treatment at the Amara Spa, as we do not take responsibility for the loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises.
All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at the Amara Spa Reception. Items will be stored for four months.
